Our ingredients are freshly made to order! Soft Icings (i.e. buttercreams, meringues, ganaches) are all made from scratch!
Fresh yard eggs are used in our homemade cake batters and icings (that require eggs).
Fondant exterior cakes: If homemade marshmallow fondant is requested, a vegan brand of marshmallows will be used due to pork ingredients in regular marshmallows.
Pre-maid Fondant will be used as well.
***Please research gelatin products for further details on gelatin/pork.
Our price listings are based upon the following:
Time, preparation, batter flavors [**each cake batter requires a different process during preparation].
Fresh ingredients, cost of goods, gas/mileage, travel distance, rush orders [if time permits], packaging, non edible topper items, special customizations, and special delivery/transportation equipment.
***Some cake toppers and exterior decorations may be purchased and used for theme, but not for consumption. This can be due to item availability or specific customization requested.
Tier Levels ~ Cakes with multiple levels or layers:
[i.e. Barrel cakes, wedding tier cakes, 2 or more tiers on one order] can depend on the number of guests for your event.

0.65 per mile IRS standard mileage
$22 per hour (includes bake/decorating time)
